Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary range: $125,000 - $160,000 per year

What You Bring
  • Proven track record of success in sales (home services or HVAC/insulation preferred)
  • Experience managing or coaching sales reps is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and performance metrics
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and teams simultaneously
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Run and manage incoming leads and lead assignments
  • Track performance and daily activity of all sales reps
  • Check in daily with each sales rep to offer support and review progress
  • Review signed contracts and ensure proper handoff to operations
  • Confirm upcoming job installations and address any gaps
  • Coordinate with the operations team on complex or custom project needs
Monthly Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on individual and team close rates
  • Prepare and deliver monthly commission reports for all sales reps
  • Identify underperformance and provide coaching or correction
  • Analyze trends and opportunities for improvement
Overall Duties
  • Hire, train, and (when necessary) terminate sales reps
  • Manage and grow the sales team, maintaining high morale
  • Set and adjust sales incentives to drive motivation and results
  • Maintain accountability toward quarterly goals set by leadership
  • Strategize and implement new avenues of sales growth
  • Lead weekly sales team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and training
  • Attend weekly company-wide leadership meetings to align with other departments
