Why we need you.

We're growing our Oat Division and are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help accelerate that growth. In this role, you'll lead new customer development across oat-based ingredients, fiber, and other-than-oats (OTO)/blend products, while also ensuring continuity and momentum across existing accounts. Your impact will be felt immediately as you build a strong pipeline, uncover new market opportunities, and turn technically differentiated products into long-term customer partnerships.

Who you'll be working with.

You'll work closely with a highly collaborative group of internal partners across sales leadership, technical, quality, operations, and commercial teams within the Oat and Fiber businesses. Reporting to the VP of Sales for the Oat Division -and partnering with Fiber leadership-you'll be at the center of cross-functional efforts to deliver customer solutions that are both commercially compelling and operationally sound.
