Bath Saver is currently in search of it's next Sales Leader for our Bath Fitter office in Springfield VA. We offer a great opportunity for a motivated and results driven manager with a proven track record of success in Sales and Sales Management.

This position offers: - $150,000++ per year potential

Manager's Responsibilities: - Recruit, hire and train sales reps in accordance with market demand
- Motivate and develop talent through in-field observation, personal coaching and classroom training
- Conduct weekly sales and staff meetings that focus on improvement and performance
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas for the office
- Practice sound management in all aspects of business operation
- Interpersonal skills to work closely with support staff (Production Manager, Marketing Manager & Sales Administration Staff)
Who we are looking for: - Top producing sales managers whose teams have exceeded targets over time
- Experience in recruiting Sales Reps and then making them successful
- Ability to lead a sales team through training, coaching and personal example
- Highly Motivated to be Successful
