Bannister Chevrolet Penticton is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
What You Will Do:
• Welcome customers and help identify their vehicle needs, lifestyle and budget
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles and explain key features and benefits
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Create videos, photos and social media content to generate leads and promote inventory
• Follow up with customers by phone, email, text and social media
• Maintain strong relationships with customers before, during and after the sale
• Complete manufacturer training and continually improve your product knowledge
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to provide an exceptional buying experience
• Complete required documentation accurately and professionally
• Consistently work toward individual and dealership performance goals
What We Are Looking For:

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence • Ability to obtain and maintain a VSA sales licence • Professional appearance and communication skills
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
