Education Requirements- Post-Secondary degree or diploma with a major in engineering, skilled trades, business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Work Experience- Proven success in new business sales with strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand client needs and motivations.
- Prior experience selling facility services or similar solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manager and coach a proactive sales team, driving results and fostering a winning culture.
