Full Job Description

This position transforms raw sales data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth. The Sales Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales performance, maintaining clean and accurate data, building dashboards, and supporting forecasting efforts. A distinguishing requirement of this role is expert-level proficiency with AI tools, applied daily to accelerate Excel model development, assemble compelling presentations, research potential clients, and surface insights that would otherwise require hours of manual effort. The Sales Intelligence Analyst partners closely with Sales and Marketing to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and optimize processes across the sales funnel. Bottom line, the Sales Intelligence Analyst delivers the analytical support that empowers every member of the sales team to operate at a higher level.

  • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain high-quality data inputs and audit workflows.
  • Support data governance, validation, and ongoing system improvements.

AI & Automation
  • Apply AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, CRM intelligence, forecasting models) with expert proficiency to build sophisticated Excel models, assemble polished sales presentations, conduct deep research on prospective clients and target accounts, streamline reporting, identify patterns, and surface insights. The objective being to dramatically accelerate work that would otherwise take far longer through manual methods.
  • Build automated workflows that reduce manual work and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Continuously explore, test, and champion new AI and analytics technologies that can give the sales team a competitive edge in prospecting, pipeline management, and client intelligence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Present findings in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as territory planning, pricing analysis, and go-to-market evaluation.

  • 3 years of experience in analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
