Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of Sales Representatives.
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the sales floor.
  • Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Work directly with customers to assist with negotiations and closing deals.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and developing sales staff.
  • Monitor salesperson activity including follow-ups, appointments, and lead management.
  • Complete monthly formal reports of Sales team performance.

Full Job Description
Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking to add a Sales Floor Manager to their team in Mississauga.

The Sales Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team members. The Sales Floor Manager will also be developing ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and generating sales department revenue through the sale of vehicles and promotion of business products.

Pay: Base salary plus commission, ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 a year.

Job Duties:

  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Provide sales representatives with up-to-date product information.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management.
  • Other duties as required.
