Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in automotive sales management
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques
• Proficient in computer usage including MS Outlook and CRM software
• Demonstrates a professional demeanor
• Possesses a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license with a good Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Responsibilities

• Sell financing and insurance products to customers
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with finance sources
• Process paperwork to secure financing approvals
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to optimize profit on each sale
• Provide accurate rate quotes to customers
• Ensure all transaction paperwork is complete and accurate
• Achieve monthly sales objectives
• Promote Extended Warranties and aftermarket products
• Manage sales income logging and verification processes
