Summary of Position:We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing Legal Marketing team and help drive new business opportunities while fostering lasting client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will work independently and as part of a collaborative team within Legal Marketing vertical. You will possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, have a proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will excel at simplifying complex information, effectively communicate value propositions, and exceed sales targets.
Position Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a consultative and client-focused approach
- Present and demonstrate our agency services to prospective clients (attorneys and law firms), emphasizing how our solutions align with their business goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including deal stages, activities, and client communications
- Establish trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering value and exceptional service
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on iLawyerMarketing's offerings and the industry we serve
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and messaging
- Partner with account managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client onboarding experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance to leadership
Requirements- 3+ years of full-cycle sales expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, preferably targeting and closing contracts with personal injury attorneys and law firms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales enablement technologies
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering value to clients and helping businesses grow
- Ability to travel domestically
- JD preferred
- Experience in digital marketing or Saas a plus
The compensation for this salaried exempt opportunity includes a base salary of $90,000, along with an uncapped commission incentive plan with on-target earnings estimated at $300,000 total. This target base compensation is subject to multiple factors including role level, experience, and location.
