About The Job You're Considering We're seeking a driven
Sales Executive to help grow Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) business. In this role, you'll build strategic client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position Capgemini's wider capabilities to help clients solve complex business and technology challenges.
Your Role - Develop and execute growth strategies across CPR.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive and business stakeholders.
- Understand client priorities and align Capgemini solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through contract closure.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with solution, delivery, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals and client solutions.
- Achieve revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives.
Your Skills And Experience - 15+ years of business development, sales, client partner, or account management experience.
- Proven success developing new business and growing strategic client relationships.
- Experience selling Manufacturing, Supply chain, RGM, TPM, AI led solutions to CPR clients.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
- Experience managing opportunities through Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel 50%+ as business needs require.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $ 88,544k-$207,401k/Year

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
