Join the team at Cirtronics in Milford, NH - just a short commute from Nashua and Manchester. We're actively hiring for a full-time Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Manager to help drive business growth by combining technical expertise in electronics manufacturing with consultative sales and customer relationship management.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, trade shows, inbound leads, and prospecting
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers while understanding their technical and manufacturing needs
  • Provide technical guidance on PCBA processes, including SMT, through-hole, inspection/testing, box build integration, and supply chain management
  • Participate in DFM/DFA/DFT reviews to help ensure manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and compliance
  • Guide customers on requirements and standards including ISO 13485, IPC Class 3, ITAR, and AS9102
  • Support the estimating team with RFQ responses, cost modeling, and customer presentations
  • Serve as a technical contact during new product and customer introductions, supporting the transition from prototype to production
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Develop new customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Work toward revenue and gross margin goals within typically long-sales-cycle market segments
  • Travel approximately 20-30% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, technical sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of regulated industries such as medical, defense, robotics, and industrial automation
  • Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes and electronics manufacturing services
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and communicate solutions clearly to customers
  • Ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and develop business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field preferred
