As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening the effectiveness of the sales organization by translating customer and market insights into clear, compelling value propositions and practical sales tools. In this strategic role, you will drive initiatives that ensure sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to successfully position and sell products and solutions.

You will capture and apply the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and decision drivers. You will lead key elements of go-to-market execution across the product lifecycle-from launch preparation through adoption and growth-by developing impactful training, content, and enablement strategies that drive measurable business results.

Here's how you'll make an impact:
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and a continuous growth mindset
  • Capture and analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to inform value propositions, messaging, and enablement strategies.
  • Lead the design and delivery of engaging training programs for field, inside, and partner sales teams.
  • Develop and manage practical enablement assets, including presentations, product demos, playbooks, and educational content.
  • Drive go-to-market execution across the product lifecycle, including launch preparation, adoption, and ongoing growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure aligned, consistent, and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to and help shape targeted campaigns that generate leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Participate in customer-facing events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness and market engagement.
  • Establish feedback loops with sales teams and customers, continuously improving messaging, tools, and enablement strategies based on performance and evolving market needs.

To succeed, you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting customer feedback, market trends, and performance data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, or go-to-market initiatives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
