About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients who have already expressed interest in learning more about Wealth Without Wall Street.

These aren't cold calls.

Our prospects have requested information and are expecting to hear from our team. Your role is to quickly connect with them, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments with our advisors.

Success comes from consistency, urgency, and a genuine desire to help people take the next step toward financial freedom.

What You'll Do
  • Make approximately 150 outbound calls each day
  • Respond to new inbound leads within minutes whenever possible
  • Qualify prospective clients using our proven process
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our advisors
  • Follow up with prospects who need additional touchpoints
  • Rebook missed appointments and nurture warm opportunities
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity inside HubSpot CRM
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training
