Compensation & Perks
  • On Target Earnings: $80,000 - $120,000+
  • Pay Structure: $55,000 annual draw against a highly competitive, uncapped commission

The Role
  • Consult & Close: Conduct in-home consultations to design and sell high-end custom storage solutions

  • Full Cycle Sales: Own the process from the first design sketch to the final contract signing
  • Be the Expert: Stay ahead of design trends and educate homeowners on our premium product line


Qualifications

  • Sales Background: 2-5 years of outside sales experience (proven track record of hitting quotas)
