What We're Looking ForYou do
not need car sales experience. You do need:
- Strong communication skills
- Work ethic and reliability
- Competitive mindset
- Ability to learn a structured process
- Comfort speaking with people face-to-face and by phone
- Retail, hospitality, fitness, phone sales, or serving experience is a plus
If you avoid accountability or dislike performance pay, this will not be a fit.
