Qualifications

Our Automotive Sales Professionals come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and a strong desire to succeed. Some other qualifications include:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
