Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.
Most team members earn $200,000-$255,000 annually, and your income is uncapped-your success determines your pay!DESIGN CONSULTANT TRAINEE (JOB GRADE 05)Newly hired Design Consultants begin their employment as non-exempt Design Consultant Trainees in a multi-week training program to learn the Renewal by Andersen sales process. The training includes a combination of classroom learnings, hands-on training, and job shadowing. Design Consultant Trainees transfer to the Design Consultant role upon successful completion and test-out of the training program.
QUALIFICATIONS:- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends
- Requires ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs
- Requires ability for occasional reaching from floor to at/or above shoulder level
- Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55lbs and place them on raised surfaces
- Ability to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license
- Use required company-designated software, systems, and technology tools, and comply with all related usage, security, and confidentiality policies.
$200,000 - $255,000 a year

Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
