Grid Technologies Sales unit in US consists of 80 multinational employees supporting execution of product orders and construction projects in 4 different segments (LPT, MPT, CRT, DT and Digital Grid) We work hand in hand with our global factory network. We are a flexible, diverse and passionate team operating out of Raleigh, serving the whole US market. The controlling support team partners with the business operations to ensure the financial goals of the organization are achieved in accordance with all financial guidelines & practices.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Primary responsibility for the commercial contract review and negotiation process.
  • Manage order entry and pipeline reviews in conjunction with the technical sales head.
  • Assist with Bid preparation and win/loss analysis.
  • Responsible for the Commercial Bid Release process and LoA submission.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis for factory management and technical sales team.
  • Assist with specific projects and initiatives such as system updates and business process improvements.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required
What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business degree is required. 3-10 years' experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with SAP and Sales force.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
  • Meet all deadlines while completing multiple deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong background in contract review, heavy emphasis on Commercial terms and compliance
