Key Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-up, and closing
- Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline using CRM tools and outreach strategies
- Deliver a consultative buying experience by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicle and financing options
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and dealership walk-throughs
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business
- Meet and exceed individual performance and sales targets
What You Bring- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or similar environments preferred)
- Strong communicationskills with the ability to build trust and close effectively
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to digital tools and CRM systems
Requirements- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
- AMVIC license or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Flexibility towork days, evenings, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background and MVR check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
The Perks- Uncapped earning potential with a performance-driven compensation structure; estimated annual earnings of $54,000-$130,000+ CAD
