Full Job Description
As Sales Acceleration Manager on the Sales Acceleration team, you'll be part of a specialized overlay sales function dedicated to bringing 1Password's emerging products and new solutions to market. This is a quota-carrying role for a driven, entrepreneurial seller who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is motivated by building something new. The Sales Acceleration team serves as the bridge between product innovation and market execution partnering closely with core Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to validate new product-market fit, accelerate customer adoption, and create scalable sales motions. You'll operate as a specialist and product expert within your assigned product line, combining deep technical and commercial understanding with consultative discovery and compelling storytelling to help customers realize the full value of 1Password's evolving portfolio. Unlike traditional generalist sales roles, you'll focus on specific products, features, or solution areas - developing expertise that enables you to drive strategic sales initiatives, provide actionable feedback, and act as a trusted advisor to both customers and the broader GTM organization. You'll manage the pipeline with precision, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless, orchestrated customer experience executing with the focus and coordination of a world-class ensemble. What we are looking for: - 6+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic capacity, with a proven ability to influence and close complex deals, within the Saas or cybersecurity space. - Demonstrated expertise in strategic solution selling - from pipeline generation to multi-stakeholder deal navigation and value-based negotiation. - Strong analytical and business acumen with hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools to drive insights. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and strategy into compelling narratives for executives and clients. - Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally to align GTM, product, and operational initiatives. - Detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools preferred. - Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous learning. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000USD and $193,000USD, and is commission-eligible. This role is also immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $130,000 CAD and $189,000CAD and is commission-eligible. This role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password's generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
