Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to join our onsite team in the United States. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical leader for Salesforce initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, client teams, and offshore development units. You will be responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding technical delivery, and ensuring high-quality, scalable Salesforce implementations aligned with enterprise goals.

This is a client-facing, onsite leadership role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, alongside deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce platform features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the onsite technical lead for Salesforce projects, partnering client teams to define, design, and deliver robust solutions.
  • Collaborate with offshore Salesforce teams to ensure seamless coordination, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Own solution architecture and technical design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
