Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Applied Sciences or related field required.
• 5 years' experience in Safety, including lead experience.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• OSHA 10hr, OSHA 30hr, OSHA 40hr training preferred.
• OSHA 500, CHST or ASP certifications preferred.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to recommend corrections for hazardous situations.
• Develop reports and presentations for safety briefings to management.
• Provide strategic direction to improve Environmental, Health and Safety performance.
• Implement the company safety manual and ensure compliance among employees and subcontractors.
• Oversee programs for compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Guide departmental processes, including safety regulation compliance and accident investigations.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring processes for safety roles.
