Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience conducting safety training and developing safety programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities and processes.
• Create and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Collaborate with management to investigate and resolve safety incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of safety performance and corrective actions.
• Evaluate new equipment and processes for safety hazards.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in workplace safety.
