Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EH&S, Safety Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in safety or field operations management, with at least 5 years in leadership of a safety program.
• Preferred certifications include CSP, ASP, or CHST.
• Strong understanding of OSHA and construction safety regulations.
• Required certifications: OSHA 10/30, Dust Control 310, First Aid; OSHA 510/500 preferred.
• Valid driver's license and capability to travel to job sites.
• Proficient with technology platforms and software for training and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive safety strategies.
• Identify and mitigate hazardous conditions on site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA & EH&S through regular audits.
• Analyze incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct safety training for employees and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with project teams and regulatory agencies to promote safety.
• Lead a team of safety specialists to achieve measurable safety results.
• Report on safety initiatives and program performance to Owners.
