Safety Coordinator / Safety Manager
Location: Tempe, AZ | In-Office

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000, dependent on experience

They are currently seeking a dedicated safety professional to join their office in Tempe, Arizona as a Safety Coordinator/Safety Manager . The ideal candidate will oversee workplace health and safety, ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies, and cultivate a culture of safety across all job sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Provide training, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety education for employees and subcontractors.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Stay current with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to integrate safety into all operations.


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of safety experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and state/local safety regulations.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred not required.
