Full Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Billing, Credit & Debit Memo Processing, Intercompany Sales, and Third-Party Order Processing.

2. Strong experience in End-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes involving Salesforce, SAP CPQ, and SAP S/4HANA, including Lead-to-order and quote-to-cash integration scenarios.

3. Experience with Clean Core principles, including: Extensibility Framework (In-App & Side-by-Side Extensions) SAP BTP-based Extensions and Use of Standard APIs and Events

4. Strong knowledge of Make-to-Order (MTO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) scenarios, including integration between SAP SD, PP, MM, aATP, and Variant Configuration (AVC) to support customer-specific manufacturing and fulfillment processes

5. Strong knowledge of Intercompany Sales Processing, including Intercompany Billing, Stock Transfer Fulfillment, Cross-Company Order Processing, and FI Integration.

6. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Advanced Intercompany Sales (AIC), including Sell-From/Deliver-From scenarios, Intercompany Drop Shipment, Automated Intercompany Billing, and Multi-Entity Fulfillment processes.

7. Hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP), including:

o Product Availability Check (PAC)

o Backorder Processing (BOP)

o Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)

o Product Allocation (PAL)

o Supply Protection

8. Strong experience implementing Advanced Returns Management (ARM), including:

o Return Orders

o RMA Processes

o Inspection & Quality Decisions

o Refund, Credit, Replacement & Repair Scenarios

o Warranty-Based Returns

o Follow-Up Activities and Reverse Logistics

9. Experience with FSCM Credit Management, customer credit checks, risk classes, credit exposure, and credit release processes.

10. Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, EWM, TM, QM, PP, Service Management, and External Applications such as Salesforce/CPQ.

11. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, Hypercare, and Production Support activities in large-scale implementation projects.

12. Ability to guide ABAP, Fiori, Integration, and Technical teams to ensure developments are delivered according to approved functional specifications and project timelines.

13. Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, providing status updates, tracking deliverables, and working collaboratively in a global onsite-offshore delivery model.

14. Excellent commun ication, problem-solving, decision-making, and client-facing consulting skills with the ability to work independently and lead workshops.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee all phases of SAP S/4HANA OTC solution implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

2. Conduct business workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, identify fit-gap opportunities, and translate business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with Clean Core principles.

3. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities to resolve complex business and system challenges while balancing business requirements with standard SAP best practices.

4. Prepare and review business process designs, functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.

5. Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, integration teams, and architects to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, and integrations.

6. Work effectively with geographically distributed teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model, ensuring seamless collaboration, communication, and issue resolution across locations.

7. Track, manage, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining accurate project documentation.

8. Manage multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously, providing regular status updates, identifying risks proactively, and escalating issues when required.

9. Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities while ensuring high-quality solution delivery and successful business adoption.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 a year
