We are seeking a skilled and experienced S&V Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team at Wipro Technologies-USA. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in electrical circuits and data acquisition systems to enhance our reliability testing processes and contribute to the innovation of high-tech products. Your contributions will be fundamental in ensuring product robustness and quality that meet industry standards.

• Possess a BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, with over 5 years of direct involvement in high-technology environments focused on electronic and VLSI board design.
• Expertise in designing, programming, and operating reliability test equipment, including HALT/HASS protocols, environmental temperature/humidity chambers, mechanical shock, and vibration testing machinery.
• Hands-on experience with electrical signal measurement equipment used in monitoring acceleration, temperature, pressure, force, and strain parameters to assess product durability.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance methodologies such as IEC, ISO, EIA standards, Military Standards, Telcordia, and ISTA, with the ability to apply these standards to product testing and validation.
• Proficient in writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated test scripts across multiple operating systems, including CentOS, Ubuntu, Tiny Linux distributions, and Windows environments.
• Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems and FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) to monitor and enhance product reliability metrics and key performance indicators.
• Leader and mentor in reliability testing best practices, including training new team members on sophisticated testing apparatus and data analysis tools to promote team excellence and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize testing workflows, provide insightful reliability data analysis, and support product lifecycle management with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Contribute actively to documenting test procedures, reliability assessments, and compliance reports ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing within the engineering division.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
