Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships
  • Assist customers in selecting their ideal RV
  • Showcase and demonstrate inventory effectively
  • Master and implement the dealership's sales process
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle from lead generation to delivery
  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance market share
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training
  • Maintain follow-up communication with customers, including past clients

Full Job Description
Compensation
  • $80,000 - $150,000+

What You'll Do:
  • Develop relationships with our customers
  • Listen to our customer's and help find their dream RV
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Understand and implement the dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications through daily training
  • Follow-up with customers, including past customers
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and peak seasons
