Responsibilities- Guide customers through the RV buying process from initial inquiry to final sale
- Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain product knowledge of RV models, features, and financing options
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Ensure a professional, positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Accurately complete sales documentation and comply with dealership policies
Qualifications- Previous RV or motorhome sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background evaluation and random drug testing
