Required skillset:
1. Experience in IBM ODM, RedHat Decision Manager (Drools), Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
Job Summary:
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development and Architect role.
• Strong experience in designing and coding business rules systems using of ODM Rules, Ilog Rules, Red Hat Decision Manager, Drools.
• Technical expertise in the design, development of rule engine or in complex event processing (JBoss Drools), coding, testing.
• Strong experience in Drools Guvnor, RedHat decision central.
• Hands on experience with authoring rules comprising of guided rules, guided decision tables, rule flows, excel based rules.
• Experience in a continuous integration environment.
• Experience on Java, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JPA, web services (SOAP and Restful) and micro services.
• Experience with Agile & Waterfall software development project methodologies preferred
• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills Self-starter; collaborative; problem solver Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities
• Providing technical solutions and resolve any challenges or issues during implementation
