Qualifications

• 1-2 years of CRNA experience preferred, but motivated new grads considered.
• Active CRNA license in the state of New Mexico.
• Familiarity with diverse surgical cases including GI, general surgery, and ortho.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Understanding of contractor insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate within an all-CRNA team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients on anesthesia during pre-operative meetings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and insurance requirements.
