RequirementsRequired Qualifications:- Valid driver's license
- Active auto insurance
- Has reliable transportation for field work
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to travel within Houston and surrounding areas for field work
- Available to work weekends every other weekend
- Professional appearance/presence
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:- Experience in a customer-facing role engaging directly with homeowners or consumers
- Compensation expectations align with average first-year earnings of $85,000-$150,000+ (uncapped commission)
