Installation ManagerThe Roofing Installation Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of residential roofing and exterior construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. This role oversees job-site safety, installation quality, scheduling coordination, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee residential roofing and exterior installation projects from pre-construction through final completion
- Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits to ensure projects are installation-ready
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving issues as needed
- Conduct job-site inspections to ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company and manufacturer standards
- Lead subcontractors and crews to maintain productivity, workmanship quality, and professional job-site standards
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and project closeout activities, including final walkthroughs and customer reviews
- Identify and resolve project challenges quickly to maintain timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Maintain safe and organized job sites in compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience
QualificationsRequired: - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry with demonstrated expertise in roofing and siding installations.
- Experience in residential roofing a must
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain insurability under the Company's Commercial Auto Policy.
- Ability to travel throughout New England
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute project documents, specifications, and installation drawings.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Bilingual is preferred.

Location: Westfield, MA - home base - role covers surrounding territory, going to projects in company provided vehicle
