Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwright or Rotating Equipment Planner in a heavy industrial or petrochemical environment.
• Strong working knowledge of rotating equipment, specifically mixers and extruders within a polypropylene unit.
• Proficiency with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP-PM) for planning and work order management.
• Demonstrated experience developing detailed job plans for equipment maintenance and outages.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, precision alignment, and rotating equipment maintenance practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed job plans for rotating equipment, including pumps, mixers, and extruders.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to define scope and execution strategy.
• Build and maintain work orders, task lists, and job plans within SAP (PM module).
• Identify and procure required materials, tools, and specialized equipment.
• Create detailed work packages, including labor estimates, sequencing, and safety considerations.
• Support outage planning and scheduling efforts to ensure readiness for execution.
• Provide field support during outage execution, including troubleshooting and plan adjustments.
• Work closely with millwright crews and contractors to ensure efficient execution of planned work.
