Responsibilities

  • Educate patients and families about management of wound and ostomy care
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions and respond to changes
  • Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

NIH Clinical Center - Warren G. Magnuson Clinical Center / Mark O. Hatfield Clinical Research Center / Ambulatory Care Research Facility, 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Maryland.

Full time RN for our Wound, Ostomy, Continence program (WOCN)
• Requires 2-3 years of current Medical Surgical, Oncology or Critical Care experience
• WOCN certification required
• Schedule Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, 40 hrs per week.

$80,000 - $85,000 a year
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, diploma, or associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university; successful passage of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
  • Licensure: Valid, active RN license in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States.
  • Certification: Current BLS; ACLS if required by the client.
