RN Clinical Nurse SupervisorFull timePay Range: $40+ DOQWhite Pine Senior Living is seeking a RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor for our Blaine Campus location.
The RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor is part of the leadership team and responsible for leading our care staff. Our nurses get to use their skills and knowledge to make an impact on lives each day.
RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:- Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
- Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
- Follow up to physician's orders
- Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
- Provide on-going training to staff
- Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
- Ensure survey readiness at all times
- Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
- Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:- Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
- Able to critically think and problem solve
- Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Positive attitude.
