RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional resident care in our skilled nursing facility.
What You'll Do:- Oversee daily operations of your assigned nursing unit
- Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical documentation
- Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:- Active RN license (Virginia)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for resident-centered care
