  • Assess and admit patients in the Progressive Ventilator Stepdown Unit
  • Conduct rounding checks and administer medications

  • Collaborate effectively with a team to ensure quality patient care

Overview:
  • Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Temporary Registered Nurse Traveler for a Critical Care Stepdown Unit - PVSU (Progressive Ventilator Stepdown Unit), full time Temp Night shift.
    Traveler temporary assignment to work 14 weeks
    $70 Pay rate for a 14-week contract.


  • Education
    Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required
    Certification/Licensure
  • Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • ACLS
  • Experience
  • Requires two or more years of hospital in-patient acute care hospital experience including experience with Vents and Trachs.
