Key Responsibilities: - Coordinates and supports daily surgical operations within the orthopedic OR service line by identifying opportunities to streamline case flow, reduce delays, and improve first case on-time starts.
- Participates in audits, quality initiatives, and implementation of evidence-based practices specific to orthopedic surgery.
- Communicates equipment, supply, or process concerns to leadership and participates in improvement planning.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2 years of RN Operating Room experience
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- ACLS and PALS preferred
