- Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to nursing team members
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards, organizational policies, and all applicable regulatory requirements
- Conduct resident assessments and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Address clinical issues, emergencies, and urgent resident needs in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and maintain clear communication with residents' families and representatives
- Cultivate a safe, efficient, and resident-focused care environment
What You'll Need: - Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required)
- Previous supervisory experience in long-term care setting (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
