RN Nurse Supervisor: Full Time Evenings

Three (3) Evenings per week: 3 pm to 11:30 pm, PLUS Every Other Weekend 7 pm - 7 am

$51 - $53/hour PLUS Weekend Differential of $7 per hour
(Pay based on experience)

About the RN Supervisor role:

The RN Nursing Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position is responsible for managing daily nursing operations, coordinating patient care activities, and fostering a collaborative environment among multidisciplinary teams. The RN Supervisor ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices to maintain resident safety and satisfaction. They serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote professional development. Ultimately, the RN Supervisor drives operational excellence by balancing clinical expertise with effective team management to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
