Join our founding team at the Memory Center! Start dates for these positions are anticipated between December 2026 and April 2027.
Position Responsibilities- Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift to ensure quality nursing care
- Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders
- Explains procedures and treatments to Resident to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension
- Administers treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques
- Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates care plan as needed
- Prepares equipment and aids Physician during treatment and examination of Resident
- Observes Resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents
- Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
- Inventories and requisitions supplies to ensure quality nursing care
Qualifications- Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Rehab experience required
Schedule & HoursFull Time- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Includes every other weekend and every other holiday
Part Time | Every Other Weekend Only- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
