We are looking to hire a Full-Time Shift Lead RN for our Emergency Department in Dayton, WA!As a member of the Acute Care and Emergency Department nursing staff, you will evaluate diagnostic tests, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate provision of safe patient care while finding collaborative solutions. We are looking for an individual who can adapt and is willing to learn, and has ED experience. This position may float to other units as needed.
This position requires you to hold an active Washington State Registered Nursing license or Multi-State Registered Nurse License. Show us that you have ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS - if not, we will provide the training!
Compensation and Benefits:- Compensation includes ED Experience increase plus Shift Lead Differential: $41.00 - $61.63 per hour (based on number of years of experience)
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus included!
- $7.00 NOC Shift Differential
- Night Shift Available:
- Nights- 6:45pm - 7:15am
- Full-Time, 36 hours per week
- 3 days on, 4 days off and rotating weekends
- Will float to other units as needed
- Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals
About Acute Care/Emergency Department: At CCHS, our Acute Care department staffing has 1-2 CNA's staffed to assist RN's with patient care. As a Critical Access Hospital, our Nursing Leadership steps up to the plate to assist on the floor, working elbow to elbow with staff to give our community the care they need. We offer hands-on training, as we have Simulation's available for education and skills practice.
