RWJBarnabas Health - Corporate Float PoolSystem Wide Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) At least 3 years of specialty experience requiredJob Overview:RWJBarnabas Health is seeking experienced RNs to join our System-Wide Float Pool. In this role, RNs have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within their specialty area while working assignments at each of the sites throughout our system. The RNs support the team and the patients at each site for an average of three months per assignment. This is an opportunity to float throughout the entire RWJBH system.
Enhanced float pool differentials are offered.

What to expect:
• Interview for Registered Nurse opportunities. day and night shift available.
Key Skills:- Experience using an electronic health record, preferably Epic
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
- Competent in use of all Microsoft Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:Required:- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimal of three (3) years of experience in the specialty area in a hospital setting. Demonstrated expertise
- Current New Jersey RN licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to be an effective role model to others
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential in meeting system staffing needs as required
- Travel required to various hospital-based facilities within RWJBarnabas Health System
- The average site assignment is three (3) months
- Successful completion of all Orientation Programs
Preferred:- BSN
- NIH certification
- PCCN
- CNOR
Scheduling Requirements:
- Day or night shift available
- 36 hours per week available
- Availability for every other weekend/holiday rotation
