Weekday Registered Nurse (RN) SupervisorFull Time | Evening Shift working 3-11 pm | Monday - Friday!
Pay: $50-$56/hour(based on experience and shift differential)
What you'll do as an RN Supervisor:- Oversee all facility operations during assigned shift
- Respond to resident emergencies and provide clinical leadership in real time
- Supervise nursing staff, including assignments and performance support
- Coordinate staffing needs, including call-offs and coverage decisions
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety, infection control, and quality care
- Review and complete documentation (incident reports, shift reports, audits)
- Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with Nursing Administration as needed
Requirements for an RN Supervisor:- Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's in nursing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Preferred: long-term care or developmental disabilities experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
