Responsibilities: Registered Nurse
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
