Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To thrive in this vital role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.   • Collaborate with the Medical Directors on the design and presentation of educational and orientation programs to ensure the efficient, effective provision of patient care.
  • Assist Managers and Clinical Coordinators to identify patient needs in complex cases to ensure a complete and correct evaluation and optimum patient care.
  • Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to maintain high standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies.
  • Act to liaison between peers and physicians to promote professional interaction and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the nursing staff, Nursing Leadership and physicians to establish effective treatment plans for selected patients.
  • In collaboration with other team members, participate in education programs to promote the mental and physical wellbeing of both patient and family or significant others.
