Job DescriptionThe RN Patient Placement Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who provides adjunct support to the Administrative (House) Supervisor (AS) and Resource Coordinators (RC) during high volume hours by assuming responsibility to facilitate the design implementation and monitoring of processes to improve patient flow within the urban hospitals. S/he is responsible for centrally reinforcing process by monitoring information systems for timely completion and accurate input and has the authority to request immediate compliance from responsible staff.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field or equivalent education/experience
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years of Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Managerial experience in nursing
