Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OR RN to support surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in teamwork, precision, and patient safety.
Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $35-$50/hour (based on experience) + shift differentials and potential overtime
What You'll Do:
• Assist in surgical procedures as a circulating and/or scrub nurse
• Prepare operating rooms and sterile environments
• Ensure patient safety before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation
What You Need:
• Active RN license (Louisiana or compact state)
• 1+ year of OR experience preferred
• BLS required (ACLS preferred)
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical protocols
Work alongside skilled surgical teams in a high-impact environment.
