Full-Time | 40 hrs./week | Day Shift Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is looking for a Triage RN to join our OB/GYN Medicine Practice. This is your chance to work alongside world-class Johns Hopkins nurses and staff, with exceptional benefits and countless opportunities for professional growth.
This RN position will:- Provide and coordinate care to patients.
- Employ the nursing process to obtain objective and subjective data about the patient and develop a plan of care.
- Respond to incoming patient calls, and MyChart messages requiring triage of urgent symptoms.
- Provide patient education for acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Support the practice as needed for regulatory and operational issues.
- Guide and advise other interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes. Collaborate with quality management and case management teams to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications:- Bachelors' Degree, Associate degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current MD Registered Nurse license (Required)
- Current CPR certification (Required).
- Minimum one (1) year experience (Required)
- Previous experience in OB/GYN outpatient clinic (Highly Preferred)
- Bilingual English / Spanish is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
